- Park Permits must be purchased to use the Elliott Lake facility.
- Military ID Holders do not have to buy a park permit unless they are escorting non-military guests.
- Drivers of vehicles entering the depot may be asked to show their driver's license, proof of insurance, and proof of registration.
- Permits can only be issued to sponsors. Sponsors include: active/retired military, retired/current RRAD employees, federal employees, state employees (including school employees), and local firefighters and police force.
Permit Price Details Annual Permit $25 Annual permits expire from the date of purchase. Only the sponsor's immediate family (within household) are allowed on annual permits. 1-Day Temporary Permit $3 Temporary permits are sold per household and can be purchased for non-military guests. Temporary permits are only available within 3 days of the time the guests are visiting. 7-Day Temporary Permit $5 Temporary permits are sold per household and can be purchased for non-military guests. Temporary permits are only available within 3 days of the time the guests are visiting. - Fishing Permits

- Fishing permits are required by all guests who wish to fish (Military ID holders included).
- State fishing licenses are also required by everyone fishing at Elliott Lake.
